The NTT Group story

1969

Mölndals Industriprodukter AB is founded by Reinhardt Denberger, former employee at Berggrens Mekaniska. Reinhardt becomes a pioneer in this line of business, when he starts importing components for industrial production.

1976

Nordisk Transmissionsteknik AB is established as owner company to Mölndals Industriprodukter.

1983

Berndt Denberger becomes owner and CEO.

1985

Mölndals Industriprodukter AB acquires Berggrens Mekaniska. Mölndals Industriprodukter A/S is established in Norway.

1989

Mölndals Industriprodukter AS is established in Denmark.

1989

Mölndals Industriprodukter AS is established in Denmark.

2000

Mölndals Industriprodukter Sp z o o is established in Poland.

2006-2009

Mölndals Industriprodukter AB acquires the Swedish companies Kedjeexperten i Lingbo AB (Kilab), SKS Teknik AB, SKS Nylund AB, Sandarne Legomekaniska AB (SLM), Conveyorteknik Sweden AB and Vittsjö Mekaniska Verkstads AB.

2010

Mölndals Industriprodukter GmbH is established in Germany.

2011

Mölndals Industriprodukter AB acquires Svenska Transmissionsprodukter.

2012

KAHI Ecotec GmbH is acquired.

2014

All companies in the group unite in the same brand: NTT Group.
